Why now

The position is taken by whoever files first.

High-demand public tenders
Public tenders for high-cost oncology and immunology medicines are opening across Latin American health systems.
An accelerated route
Accelerated registration routes exist for products already approved by the EMA, the FDA or Health Canada.
The clock is the dossier
The critical path is documentation. Manufacturers who deliver a complete dossier now are positioned for this cycle.
Public, then private
Once registered, the product is also cleared for the private market.

Where we work. Latin America, with priority markets in Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras and Panama, and expanding across the region. In every market we open both doors: public tenders, where volumes are firm and contracts run for months, and the private market, which opens once a product is registered.

We know how public buyers evaluate, award and pay, because we were the buyer.

What we do

We open markets where others can't.

Any manufacturer can find a distributor. What is hard to find is a partner who has seen every step from the buyer's side: how a product gets registered, how a bid is evaluated and how a contract gets paid. We remove the unknowns.

01

Exclusive representation

Territory-exclusive agreements by molecule or portfolio. One partner per molecule, so we never compete against you.

02

Registration and life-cycle compliance

We run the sanitary registration as local applicant, from dossier to approval, then pharmacovigilance and renewals so the product stays on the market. You remain the product owner.

03

Market and price intelligence

Award prices, purchase volumes and competitor registrations, tracked product by product, with a market study for your molecules on request. You do not bid blind.

04

Public tenders

Supplier registration, bid preparation and submission, and contract management through to collection.

05

Stakeholder management

Technical and transparent engagement with health authorities, payers, hospitals and medical societies.

06

Private market entry

Once a product is registered, we open the private channel: pharmacy chains, clinics and insurers.

One tender opens the door. Registration keeps it open: the same product then enters the private market.

Built for scrutiny

We protect your name in this market.
